Swimming

Since I planned swimming for CAS I started to swim once a week (every sunday) . Every sunday I go to 'world class' which has swimming pool. When I was really young I learned how to swim but actually I did not swim over about 10 years.  I heared that swimming is very good exercise for muscles and lungs. When I just started swimming again it was really hard to swim even just one lap. But I practiced swimming every week and I can swim 2laps now. But also I exercised for my muscles because for swimming I need really strong muscles that can afford swimming for 2 laps. By swimming actually I also lost my weight.

There are many outcomes from swimming
First, I increased my awareness of my own strengths and areas for growth/
I had undertaken new challenges
I developed new skills
